UKIS was approached by a company which was being sued by an employee who claimed that he had suffered injury by working for them.
The company had become suspicious when the employee’s condition description on his sick note changed. The employee claimed that the injury was preventing him from attending work, driving and even attending a workplace meeting.
A short period of surveillance proved that the employee appeared to be physically fit, was indeed driving, carrying shopping and going about his usual daily business apparently unhindered.
